Here’s how the Q4 Organizer’s unique process helps recapture those lost hours

The Q4 Organizer

Traditional Planners

Information is recorded on an “ Information Manager” and filed alphabetically in the A-Z file section of the organizer.

Notes are filed in a daily diary format.

How the Q4 Organizer Functions

How Planners Function

  • To retreive your information later, you only have to remember the subject.
  • To retrieve your notes later, you have to remember the date you wrote them.
  • All your notes for one subject are on one page.
  • Your notes on one subject get spread between many daily pages.
  • Each Information Manager contains ony one subject.
  • Each page of the daily diary has many subjects mixed together.
  • Finding information takes 1 step.  All your notes are on one page, filed alphabetically by subject -- just like your office files.
  • Finding information takes 3 steps.
  • 1.  Create an index recording the dates where various subjects can be found.
  • 2.  Look under many different dates.
  • 3.  Scan numerous pages of mixed topics to find just the items you need.
  • Keep single Information Managers in the alphabetical section of the organizer as long as you want.
  • To keep old notes in the planner it is necessary to carry all the daily pages (including notes of unrelated subjects) going back as many months as required.
  • Notes can be removed and the Information Manager filed seperately.
  • Notes must be recopied from the daily pages to be filed elsewhere.

The Q4 Organizer and training gives business people the edge they need in today’s highly competitive world.
